What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an immediate hospitality opportunity where I can contribute customer service, barista, bar, table-service, and kitchen-support skills while continuing to grow.

I've supported restaurant service in Barcelona and France, working at Doña Rosa, Manioca Brunch, and Pokeya. I bring experience in customer service, table service, bar work, traditional cocktails, beer service, coffee preparation, and natural juices.

I've handled opening and closing procedures, cash collection, terrace service, mise en place, ingredient preparation, knife and cooking techniques, and food-safety practices including hygiene, allergens, and APPCC standards. I'm available immediately and work in Spanish, French, English, and basic Catalan.
