At Signa Group, I lead AI governance, responsible adoption and business process improvement across five group entities. I developed and implemented a practical generative AI use policy to support safe, responsible and effective adoption across teams.

I advise executives on AI value, risk management and initiative prioritisation, while strengthening Google Workspace structures, access controls and document governance. I also conduct POPIA and information security compliance reviews, manage company secretarial duties, and lead cross-functional workflow and automation improvements.

Previously, I provided legal and governance advice at Vanya Foundation, including commercial agreements, compliance, intellectual property and data privacy matters. As a Legal Practitioner at Hartzenberg Inc. Attorneys, I managed commercial and property law matters, litigation, agreements, risk and compliance from start to finish.

I bring over eight years of experience where regulation, technology and business priorities intersect, supported by an LLB, admission as an Attorney, and a Cum Laude Honours degree in Psychology.
