I am a seasoned corporate lawyer with over two decades of experience advising executives, boards, and organisations on legal strategy, governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory affairs across local, regional, and multi-jurisdictional environments.
Over 17 years as corporate legal counsel and more than four years providing independent legal consulting, I have led contracts, data privacy, company secretarial, ethics, and government relations work, while also serving as a mediator and referral Advocate (Barrister).
