What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-centered role in talent acquisition, sourcing, people operations, or people analytics where I can improve hiring processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and continue growing through data-driven work.

At Neurotransmitiendo, I source and assess professional, medical, academic, and student talent for conferences, training sessions, and organizational pipelines. I manage multichannel searches, coordinate interviews, and keep candidate processes accurate and moving.

I also organize and improve research data at CEMIC using Python and RStudio, and have led onboarding, team-building, and coordination programs for students and project teams. As an advanced Psychology student, I bring a people-centered, process-oriented approach to talent acquisition, candidate experience, and people analytics.
