What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply property management, sales analysis, and operational experience to improve customer outcomes, support commercial growth, and take on increasing responsibility.

At Imperio Ltd, I manage 18 buildings with 150 apartments and oversee the 337-apartment Sunset Gardens project. I conduct property viewings, contributing to five apartment sales and 14 rentals, while preparing monthly sales reports and recommendations for future developments and acquisitions.

Previously, I supported store management for Guess and Calvin Klein across Cyprus, using customer preferences and targeted stock orders to improve sales performance by 12%. I also coordinated promotional events that increased foot traffic by 21%, implemented visual merchandising, and represented nine Cyprus stores at brand campaigns in Lucano and Amsterdam.

I'm comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities and leading communities: as President of the Greek & Cypriot Society of Sheffield, I led 300 members, organised 20+ events, and secured more than £6,000 in sponsorships.
