What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a talent-acquisition leadership role where I can drive cross-regional hiring, reduce turnover, implement retention strategies, and mentor recruiters in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am a self-directed, multilingual Talent Acquisition professional experienced in high-volume and executive recruitment across APAC, EMEA and the US. I combine an MSc from ESSEC in Strategy, Corporate Finance & HR with prior finance journalism to bring analytical rigor to hiring.

At Klook I led Talent Acquisition for APAC, ANZ, EMEA and US, owning end-to-end recruitment from associate to senior roles and advising hiring managers on forecasting and retention. I was chosen as one of Coupang’s top 4 sourcers in 2021 and most recently manage recruiting operations at Miso Inc, leading a team and implementing retention and performance-evaluation initiatives to reduce turnover.

I am skilled in direct sourcing, market mapping, and ATS systems (Greenhouse and Workday), and I focus on pragmatic solutions that improve hiring velocity, pipeline quality and new-hire retention.
