I’m looking for a remote-first role where I can pair AI research with investor-grade diligence—building investment theses, supporting corporate/inorganic growth, and turning models into practical, fundable strategies for AI-enabled transformation.

I’m a cross-border operator who blends institutional finance execution with hands-on AI research. At AUTOCRYPT, I moved from Investor Relations Manager to IPO Task Force Lead, coordinating a successful KOSDAQ public market debut.

I’ve raised $50M+ across US VCs, Middle Eastern family offices and sovereign wealth funds, and Asian institutional investors. I also architected post-IPO corporate strategy, leading market expansion analyses, competitive intelligence, and shareholder value initiatives, along with M&A-adjacent and cross-border expansion assessments.

Before that, I supported corporate VC due diligence at GCCEI (KT, LG Display, Hyundai Innocean) and co-managed the Antler-GCCEI global accelerator fund. Today, as an independent AI Researcher at AIFFEL (ModuLabs), I implement papers across NLP, computer vision, and agent systems, while building investment theses on AI-enabled transformation in Climate Tech, Biotech, and Manufacturing Automation (50+ startups analyzed; 15+ founders interviewed).

I’m remote-first and I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—turning analysis into clear investor-ready narratives and consistently applying modern AI tooling as coding partners.
