At Royal Ambassador Hospitality, I lead front desk operations for guests, renters, and apartment owners, coordinating property tours, lease agreements, tenant records, payments, and resident concerns. I also support USA Navy housing precontracts, inspections, occupancy requirements, and move-in and move-out furniture inventories.

Previously, at Sazeon Electromechanical Contracting Company, I managed document control, attendance, inventory, purchase orders, invoices, petty cash, payroll reports, and VAT-related expense reports. I also launched and maintained the company’s Instagram page, creating site-project content featuring HVAC work.

I’ve also supported motor claims at Collabera, resolved Instacart shopper concerns at Qualfon, and taught college courses at St. Cecilia’s College. I bring organized administration, clear customer communication, accurate records management, and practical problem-solving to every role.
