I’m looking for a network-focused role where I can troubleshoot WAN and Cisco infrastructure, maintain hardware, and deliver mission-critical end-user technical support with Microsoft/Azure and strict security compliance.

I’m a network technician and “Proven expert in network troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and end-user support” across complex infrastructure environments. I’ve supported mission-critical operations with a strong focus on continuity, compliance, and secure connectivity.

Since October 2022, I’ve managed, maintained, and configured the AFCENT Wide Area Network (WAN) terrestrial infrastructure supporting a $147 million multi-enclave network for over 4,560 users. I handle 130 long-haul circuits and diverse hardware components, including cryptographic devices, while operating under strict security guidelines.

I troubleshoot blackcore nodes and fiber modems to ensure continuous network integrity and functional end-user technical support. Previously, as a NetOps Specialist, I addressed port security, Network Access Control (NAC), and connectivity issues on Cisco routers and switches.

I also resolve access problems by auditing logs and security group permissions to maintain compliance and data security, using Microsoft and Azure-adjacent administration interfaces for Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint. Earlier, I managed 24/7 network and system operations and led high-volume IT Help Desk support using Remedy, including deploying standardized Windows workstations via imaging processes.
