I’m a Senior Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience building and maintaining cloud-based data platforms and lakehouse systems, using Python as my core language. I design ELT/ETL pipelines, distributed systems, and machine learning workflows that run reliably on AWS, Azure, and GCP.

I focus on practical outcomes: improving data reliability, ensuring governance and compliance, and aligning data solutions with business needs. I also bring strong leadership—leading and mentoring engineers and reviewing architecture decisions to keep systems maintainable and scalable.

In my recent work, I built cloud data platforms on AWS/Azure/GCP, created pipelines for processing transactions and lending data, and developed streaming systems with Kafka and Flink to monitor payments and detect issues early. I automated machine learning workflows for recommendation engines and risk scoring using MLflow and SageMaker, and I introduced monitoring and testing practices for data quality and reliability.

Previously, I designed and maintained cloud data lakehouses for patient care analytics, delivered batch and streaming pipelines with PySpark and Delta Lake, and helped deploy models using Kubeflow and SageMaker. I’ve also supported SaaS analytics through ETL pipelines and cloud workflow automation, including legacy migrations to GCP and AWS, plus data validation and automated testing to keep reporting accurate.
