What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can build secure, production-ready REST APIs and microservices—own features end-to-end, work with Kafka, and ship well-tested code with strong collaboration and clear engineering standards.

I’m a Java Backend Developer with hands-on experience delivering RESTful APIs and microservice-based systems in production using Spring Boot. I’ve worked across banking and software consulting environments, building secure, testable, and well-documented backend services, taking ownership from design through deployment.

I integrate asynchronous communication with Apache Kafka, improve performance with Redis caching, and implement authentication and authorization using JWT with AWS Cognito and Keycloak. I write unit and integration tests with JUnit 5 and Mockito, mentor students in Java and Spring Boot, and use a pragmatic DevOps workflow with Docker and GitLab CI/CD.
