Recruited internationally in 2024 to lead creative direction and year-round cultural programming for a landmark open-air venue. Direct end-to-end concept development and manage a distributed, multilingual team, overseeing vendor, artist, and civic stakeholder relationships.

Worked as a senior independent contractor supporting major national touring festivals across credentialing, guest services, and on-site production. Designed accreditation systems for thousands and led check-in operations, plus provided event production logistics and real-time problem-solving.

Directed artist hospitality across two festival productions by designing and building dedicated green rooms to improve the artist experience and support backstage professionalism. Coordinated travel accommodations, hospitality riders, and backline setups to ensure touring artists’ technical and comfort requirements were met on schedule.

Independently owned end-to-end event programming for live and virtual museum events, developing original concepts to expand audience reach and engagement. Led and mentored a catering/events/sales operations team and managed daily event and exhibit operations across guest services, facilities, and programming.

Grew private events revenue by 25% within 6 months by redesigning private and VIP offerings and the sales approach. Built and maintained a network of rental companies, caterers, and local vendors, and owned the full event lifecycle including ticketing, marketing, and on-site implementation.

Managed social media channels to promote shows and events and grow audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Enhanced talent offerings by booking well-known acts, drafting offers, negotiating artist contracts, and executing marketing campaigns to strengthen long-term artist relationships and repeat bookings.

Increased revenue by launching new marketing strategies and producing local artist showcases, fashion shows, and networking mixers. Managed interns and event staff to coordinate ticket sales, event marketing, and on-site implementation, and secured bookings for studio and event spaces while connecting artists with engineers, producers, and photographers.
