Polina Grechanikova

I deliver multimedia content and production workflows at Edelman in Berlin, managing 5–7 international client accounts across industries.

I coordinate projects from pre- to post-production, handling schedules, approvals, asset requests, and deliverables for 15–30 assets per project and up to 160 on larger assignments. I also provide final technical quality assurance for formats, resolutions, subtitles, and metadata.

I work closely with freelancers, editors, designers, production partners, and internal stakeholders, while managing digital assets, usage rights, client archives, and publishing readiness. I also support image films, interviews, creative production workflows, and minor editing work.

Alongside production, I cover Cannes, Venice, Sarajevo, and Berlinale for Film Fest Report through interviews, reviews, and cultural journalism. My festival coordination experience includes Berlinale, DOK Leipzig, goEast Festival, and the European Film Awards.
