At HCLTech, I support the Adecco project’s identity and access management across hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments. I manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes, including access provisioning and deprovisioning.

I also administer Microsoft 365 licensing, Exchange mailboxes, and access controls, and troubleshoot identity and synchronization issues. Earlier, as a System Engineer at AusoWorld, I maintained the ERP system and handled PC and network maintenance.
