I'm leading business process re-engineering deliverables at Averroes Business Advisory for a major Qatari government client, with responsibility for real estate registration and real estate brokerage departments.

I've documented, redesigned, and refined more than 30 processes across regulatory and service functions, and developed 50+ BPMN 2.0 process maps in Microsoft Visio. My work turns current-state gaps, stakeholder input, regulatory requirements, and operational dependencies into client-ready TO-BE workflows, improvement logs, and management presentations.

I also built and rolled out a ClickUp-based project tracking structure supporting four projects, creating clearer ownership, timelines, progress updates, and follow-up across teams.

Earlier, I supported ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22000 audit and implementation work at Auspice Management Solutions, and contributed environmental research at Qatar University with TotalEnergies. I'm an IRCA-certified ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor with a foundation in data validation, environmental systems, and structured reporting.
