At SUEZ, I analyze and validate asset, work order, and maintenance data in IBM Maximo, then develop KPI reports and management dashboards for operational performance monitoring.
I monitor contractual KPIs, SLAs, and schedule adherence, and prepare recurring reports and presentations for client stakeholders and senior management. I also support data quality initiatives through asset register validation and maintenance workflow reviews.
At Aguas de Valencia, I developed interactive Power BI dashboards and automated recurring reports using Power BI and Excel. I gathered and analyzed operational data, supported KPI monitoring, and produced executive reports for management and client review.
Earlier, I worked as a Research Analyst at the University of Ottawa, assisting with membrane research and data analysis, and as an HVAC Project Engineer at WSP, designing MEP systems and performing thermal simulations. I hold an MSc in Chemical Engineering and an IBM Maximo Application Suite - Manage: Asset Management certification.
