What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use my mathematics instruction, communication, organization, and team leadership skills to support learners or customers in a positive, structured environment.

At Twin Rivers R-10 District, I teach 7th and 8th grade mathematics at Fisk Middle School, preparing lesson plans and delivering meaningful instruction that strengthens students' math skills.

I assess assignments and standardized tests, review work with struggling students, and adapt teaching techniques and learning tools for different abilities and learning modalities. I also cultivate parent relationships to build a complete support network for students.

Before teaching, I led customer-facing retail operations as an Assistant Manager at PetsWay and a Sales Team Associate/Shift Lead at Family Video. I trained staff, managed inventory and cash procedures, resolved customer concerns, and supported opening and closing operations.

I'm organized, accountable, and focused on clear communication, team collaboration, and helping people succeed.
