What I'm looking for
I’m a Mathematics teacher (7–12) who develops standards-aligned lesson plans that help students truly understand math concepts. In every classroom, I focus on a positive learning environment where respect, collaboration, and active participation are the norm.
At Souderton Area School District and Pottstown School District, I prepared and implemented course instruction, monitored student progress with regular assessments, and used timely feedback to guide instructional decisions. I also collaborate in grade-level teams and weekly PLC meetings to create common assessments and share strategies that improve outcomes.
