I have experience managing classrooms of varied sizes, creating assessments, and coordinating course schedules both as a graduate teaching assistant and as a full-time teaching instructor. I actively participate in faculty governance and have chaired multiple committees focused on academic standards and curriculum.
I have successfully obtained grant funding to implement Open Educational Resources across courses and contributed to campus workshops and bridge programs that support incoming and underrepresented students. My technical toolkit includes Microsoft Office and several learning management systems such as Canvas, MyMathLab, MyOpenMath, and ALEKS.
I seek to bring evidence-based teaching, curricular innovation, and collaborative committee leadership to a department committed to student-centered learning and affordable course materials.
