What I'm looking for

I am looking for a full-time role in a supportive, team-oriented environment where I can apply my customer-service and administrative skills, grow professionally, and contribute reliably while balancing family responsibilities.

I am a motivated, detail-oriented professional with an Associate of Science in Crime Scene Technology from Saint Petersburg College and hands-on experience in customer-facing roles. I have worked in hospitality, ice rink operations, and valet services, developing strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Throughout my roles at Ice Rink Events, Courtesy Valet, and Whataburger, I handled front-desk duties, inventory control, order processing, and customer service tasks, and I am comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain records and support operations.

I am returning to full-time work now that my child is in daycare and I am eager to contribute my attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn to a challenging position where I can continue to grow professionally.
