I am an award-winning UX writer and copywriter with 20+ years creating customer-focused, conversion-driven content for websites, landing pages, email, video scripts and print. I collaborate with designers, sales teams and C-level leaders to craft cohesive brand messaging grounded in consumer psychology and UX research.

I have led cross-functional teams and directed agency and in-house projects, producing SEO-optimized content, UX frameworks, microcopy, A/B-tested messaging and brand guidelines for 100+ websites and hundreds of clients across finance, legal and healthcare technology.

I am currently completing an accredited dual certification in AI Prompt Engineering and AI Generalist and integrate AI, user research and analytics to refine content, increase engagement and deliver measurable results.
