I support international customers as a Customer Support Representative at AntCommerce Co., Ltd., drafting and refining professional emails with ChatGPT for different scenarios. I also coordinate with the Chinese manufacturing team to resolve production and order-related issues.

On the AI side, I evaluate multi-turn speech-to-speech conversations with two AI speech models on the AetherAI (via Outlier) project, following annotation guidelines while checking linguistic, conversational, and behavioral issues to improve the models.

Before that, I taught English part-time at AROMA Co., Ltd. and tutored Chinese to Vietnamese learners as a freelance Chinese tutor, creating lessons that match different goals and proficiency levels.

I also translate and localize English–Vietnamese and Chinese–Vietnamese content, preserving tone, meaning, and cultural nuance for Vietnamese audiences.
