At the University of Johannesburg, I applied language-practice principles to translation, editing, and proofreading tasks. I reviewed written materials for language use, meaning, tone, and audience appropriateness.
For my research project, Student Experiences of Institutional Language Policy Implementation, I interviewed 25 participants and analysed the material through coding and thematic analysis. I presented findings and visual summaries using Excel and Power BI, and I’m interested in AI language evaluation, data annotation, chatbot response review, and prompt testing.
