I'm currently supporting daily operations at Spur Steak Ranches as a Front of House Manager, where I capture sales and stock information, prepare operational reports, resolve discrepancies, and supervise staff.

Previously, I worked as a Host/Waiter in a high-volume environment, processing customer transactions accurately and helping deliver a positive customer experience under pressure. I also maintained attendance registers and a safe, organised environment as a Child Minder.

I'm customer-focused, highly organised, and comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, data capturing, record keeping, and remote working environments.
