In my recent role as a La Mer Sales Consultant at Woolworths / Estée Lauder Companies, I represent a premium luxury skincare brand by providing personalised skincare consultations and using deep product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets. I also operate tills, handle transactions accurately, monitor stock levels, and maintain professional telephone etiquette.

Previously, I worked as a Guerlain Beauty Consultant for Prestige Company, where I sold luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance products and achieved daily and monthly sales targets through business analysis and action planning. I delivered outstanding customer service, built long-term client relationships, conducted competitor analysis, and submitted weekly store performance updates, while managing merchandising, replenishment, and stock control.

I’ve also held leadership responsibilities, including African Sales Counter Manager at Stuttafords, where I managed counter operations to achieve sales targets, trained and onboarded new staff, and ensured strong counter coverage.
