What I'm looking for

I’m seeking appointment setter, SDR, and business development roles, or customer service roles. I’m experienced working remotely with U.S. clients and serving U.S., Gulf, and Egyptian customers.

At ACME Financial Group, I supervise a four-person Cairo telesales team for a Dubai-headquartered financial services company. The team has hit target consistently over the last six months.

At US Home Builders LA, I made outbound calls to U.S. homeowners and booked consultation appointments for remodeling and construction services. I also kept CRM lead records and followed up with prospects.

At HSE Contractors, I ran B2B outreach to U.S. contractors and engineering firms, booking 1–2 meetings per week and closing at least one deal per month. I presented proposals for CPM Scheduling, BIM Modeling and construction support services.
