I'm currently providing individual counselling and psychotherapy at Wings Within, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, and interpersonal difficulties in a multidisciplinary mental health and learning support setting.

Previously, at Workplace Options, I delivered single-session and short-term EAP counselling to international clients across the lifespan through audio, video, and chat. I used CBT and SFBT, responded to high-risk calls, provided crisis intervention, and coordinated referrals with an interdisciplinary team.

My clinical internships at Abhaya Hospital and Mind and Brain Hospital involved Mental Status Examinations, case histories, and rating-scale assessments for clients with major psychiatric disorders. I also developed counselling, session-planning, rapport-building, and collaborative goal-setting skills through supervised placements at Manasa Neuropsychiatric Hospital and Compathy Health.

I bring a queer-inclusive, trauma-informed, and ethical approach to client care, grounded in cultural sensitivity and evidence-based practice. I'm comfortable working across diverse linguistic, cultural, organisational, and digital-care contexts.
