I'm a PhD student at the Interdisciplinary Research Laboratory in Economics, Finance and Management of Organisations and an Erasmus+ Doctoral Mobility Researcher at IBS Sofia International Business School. My research includes entrepreneurship, employment in Morocco, human capital investment, and economic growth, with publications in the International Journal of Applied Management and Economics and a Taylor & Francis book chapter.
I've taught Introduction to Economic Sciences and Macroeconomics at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences in Fes, supervised bachelor's final-year projects, and supported HR operations at Majorel, TIMLOG Solutions, and COFASOL.
