At Clay Craft India Limited, I lead manufacturing operations governance and administration across a 24×7 multi-line environment, partnering with the Managing Director, CFO, and plant leadership on reliability, infrastructure modernization, sustainability, and operational excellence.

I've delivered near-zero unplanned infrastructure downtime through dual electrical distribution, standby transformer strategy, preventive maintenance governance, and operator-led maintenance. I also redesigned material flow and ETP processes to achieve 100% treated water reuse and approximately 85% clay recovery.

Across manufacturing, construction, education, international manpower mobilisation, and retail operations, I've led budgets, vendors, compliance, facilities, and large cross-functional workforces. I focus on solving root causes and turning operational challenges into measurable gains in productivity, reliability, compliance, and cost optimisation.
