I seek a role leading plant operations or reliability where I can drive safety, efficiency, analytics-led cost savings, mentor teams, and deliver sustainable impact.

I am an operations and reliability leader with deep experience running and safeguarding large thermal power assets, delivering measurable cost savings, reliability improvements and emissions reductions.

At NTPC I operated as the operational custodian for an ₹8,000 Cr asset, led major overhauls and cross-functional teams, and leveraged analytics and process excellence to save tens to hundreds of crores while improving heat rate, PLF and ash utilization.

I combine crisis leadership, structured training and firm-building initiatives—standardizing asset documentation, mentoring trainees, and implementing lean practices—to sustain zero lost-time incidents and accelerate team ramp-up.
