What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and lead business-critical platforms where workflow correctness, payments, AI systems, and developer productivity can create measurable operational impact.

I've founded and built Preptin AI, a coding interview preparation platform with AI-powered submission analysis, revision workflows, roadmaps, billing, jobs, and observability.

At Officebanao, I progressed from Technical Lead to Engineering Manager, leading a five-engineer pod across workflow automation, supply-chain OMS, payments, customer RAG, notifications, and frontend migration. I reduced BOQ estimation from roughly 10 days to around one hour and helped automate finance workflows handling around INR 500M in monthly order value.

At Ensuredit, I led motor insurance integrations and built payment-retry workflows that automated policy confirmation within 10–15 minutes, reducing related support tickets by around 90%.

Earlier at PrepBytes, I built coding practice and contest systems for 100,000 users, including queued submission processing, Redis leaderboards, Elo ratings, plagiarism checks, admin tools, and performance improvements.
