At Petpooja, I moved from finding defects to specifying product changes for the rebuilt menu platform. I reviewed ten modules from the restaurant owner's perspective and ranked 54 changes by impact and effort.
I kept 49 changes front-end-only so they could ship without waiting on the API team, and shipped patches with tests. The review became the working backlog for the module.
I also built an internal AI QA agent from zero, routing model calls through a changeable provider pipeline and adding a second-model critic after it caught false passes. I published a dashboard that reports the actual pass rate.
Earlier, at Meditab Software, I validated requirements, API responses, and releases for QuickCap, working with US-facing product and engineering teams. I'm looking for a Product Manager role where domain depth, evidence, and clear writing matter more than a title I've already held.
