As a Product Manager , I was responsible for driving product strategy and development across two key product lines: digital products and AI-powered solutions for internal enterprise operations.

I worked on defining the product vision, target customer segments, value proposition, business model, and end-to-end experience, covering product discovery, catalog and data management, purchasing workflows, customer onboarding, and operational processes. I collaborated closely with business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable product features and prepare the platform for international market expansion.
