I’m an operations and compliance professional focused on VIP lifecycle operations, client engagement, and risk-aware onboarding in the cryptocurrency exchange environment. I bring an AML & Compliance and KYC foundation, paired with strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.

In my current role at Bybit as a VIP COE Operations Specialist, I support VIP programs, events, and client-lifecycle operations. I work on executing and optimizing VIP programs, client journeys, and engagement initiatives across global markets, partnering with VIP Relationship Managers, Product, Marketing, and regional teams to streamline workflows and improve the VIP client experience.

I’ve developed deep compliance execution through roles including AML & Compliance Specialist at Walletin Telegram and KYC/OPS Specialist at Binance, where I conducted customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD), reviewed suspicious activity, and analyzed transactions to identify financial crime risks and policy violations. I also performed sanctions, adverse media, and PEP screening using industry-standard solutions such as World-Check.

Previously, as a Senior Customer Operations Specialist at Bitget, I managed complex operational cases and escalations while ensuring adherence to internal procedures, service standards, and risk controls. Across these roles, I’ve contributed to AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual work, coordinated offline VIP events and engagement activities, and used tools like Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
