I’m looking for a role where I can lead process improvement and operational excellence, work cross-functionally, and use KPI-driven reporting to scale high-volume operations with stable execution and clear visibility.

I’m an operations manager who builds and stabilizes complex end-to-end workflows—from lead submission through onboarding and activation—across fast-changing, high-volume environments. At Ridetech (Yango Azerbaijan), I led the launch and stabilization of a new Delivery Call Center from scratch, coordinating operational setup, process design, and execution readiness while aligning four independent stakeholder groups, including external partners and government-related entities.

I strengthen performance through input validation, quality control, and operational risk management, reducing rejection risk by 30–40% and identifying bottlenecks and capacity constraints across large-scale processes. I’ve maintained stable execution in a high-volume environment supporting more than 1.3 million monthly transactions/trips, and developed KPI tracking and operational reporting tools that management uses to monitor performance and support decision-making.
