I've spent approximately ten years at ISMAYA Group integrating procurement, inventory, production, sales, and accounting into one centralized ERP system. I turned manual cross-department workflows into more efficient, integrated business processes.
I gather requirements, translate operational problems into system solutions, and coordinate application support, testing, UAT, implementation, documentation, and user training. Earlier, at PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri, I supported Finance and Accounting ERP modules across requirements gathering, development support, testing, implementation, and user support.
