What I'm looking for

Looking for a challenging role in software development, with a focus on Android and cloud technologies.

I’m a Software Engineer with 10 years of experience and I worked 3 years in three different research groups at the University as an undergraduate researcher. I started work with Android back in 2014, and from there until now I’ve been participating in different kinds of Android projects and Web projects, the last kind using frameworks like JEE7, Grails, and Rails.

How can I help?

With my background, I can help the company in some aspects of the Sofware Development Process:

• I can guide on implementing a solution for the company’s needs, thinking, for example, in ”project scalability”: the lowest cost possible, but balancing time implementation, integration, easy understanding of the solution, and the ability to change.

• As I can guide, I can also implement the solution, as I’ve been working with different technologies and libraries in different contexts.

The SacolinhaList App (https://sacolinhalist.app/) is a Android project based on the MVVM design pattern with a monolithic multi-module Gradle project.

The first version was written with Android View and had your own CI implementation using Github and Jenkins. The 2+ version was refactored to Jetpack Compose and received two new features: add item by voice, and list sharing in real time.
