I’m a Payments and Cash Operations professional with 5+ years of experience in banking environments, managing high-volume SEPA & SNCE transactions. I oversee end-to-end processing to ensure timely execution and regulatory compliance, while reconciling Nostro and suspense accounts to maintain liquidity accuracy and reduce operational risk exposure.

I’m known for incident escalation management, coordinating with domestic and international stakeholders to resolve critical issues within agreed timelines. I also drive process improvement and automation initiatives (including RPA) and support client onboarding/offboarding within cross-border payment frameworks, while delivering strong reporting for operational decision-making.
