I am currently pursuing my PhD in Physics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, where I have gained extensive experience as a Teaching Assistant. My role involves assisting professors with lecture-related duties and conducting tutorials and practical labs for first-year engineering students. This experience has honed my communication skills and deepened my understanding of complex physics concepts.
Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong foundation in atomic physics, particularly in laser cooling techniques and atomic spectroscopy. I have successfully created magneto-optical traps and developed computer control systems for cold atom experiments, showcasing my ability to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application.
