@shivanshjyotishi
ML researcher at DIA-CoE building explainable LIBS classification that maps DeepSHAP feature importance to NIST atomic emission lines.
What I'm looking for
At DIA-CoE, I’m developing an explainable AI framework for classifying materials from LIBS spectra, using DeepSHAP to map feature importance to NIST atomic emission lines. I also built an interactive preprocessing pipeline for LIBS and Raman data, with baseline correction, spike removal, and normalization.
My work spans spectroscopy experiments and computational analysis. As an intern at the Space Physics Laboratory, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (ISRO), I processed INSAT-3DR rainfall data in MATLAB; I’ve also worked on Raman mineral classification and laser-instrument control interfaces.
