On my independent projects, I own quality for two production Node.js services: an AI Twitch chat bot and a text-to-speech platform. I wrote and maintain 1,402 Jest tests, including repeatable checks for AI generation, provider failover, and edge cases.
I converted deploy-only pipelines into CI-gated regression suites across four repositories, adding GitHub Actions jobs that must pass before Cloud Run deploys. I also automated visual checks for streaming overlays and debug front-end defects across Chrome, Firefox, and OBS browser sources.
At MadCap Software, I tested MadCap Flare and related products through manual and automated testing. I automated regression suites with Microsoft Power Automate, led accessibility testing to Section 508 standards with JAWS, and tested end-to-end integration with Salesforce.
