I am a Quality Assurance Engineer with over 10 years of experience in software testing, test automation, and accessibility across enterprise web, mobile, and client-server applications. My experience includes working on Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Windows Core OS, and Microsoft marketing websites, where I have contributed to delivering high-quality, scalable, and accessible digital experiences.
My expertise spans manual and automation testing, with hands-on experience using Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium WebDriver, C#, .NET, NUnit, Azure DevOps, Postman, SQL Server, Git, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). I have designed and executed functional, regression, integration, API, usability, and accessibility testing while supporting Agile development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Accessibility is one of my core strengths. I have extensive experience validating applications against WCAG 2.1, Section 508, WAI-ARIA, and Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS). I regularly work with tools such as Accessibility Insights, Axe, WAVE, Inspect, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and keyboard testing to help ensure products are inclusive and usable for everyone.
In addition to testing, I have experience with AEM content authoring, digital asset management, content validation, AI chatbot testing, SEO verification, and collaborating with UX, development, and product teams to improve quality early in the development process. I have also mentored offshore team members, coordinated testing efforts, and contributed to successful product releases.
