I'm looking to lead operations and production for ambitious multidisciplinary arts, live events, or immersive projects, building durable systems that help artists and teams realize creative work.

At Mark Morris Dance Group, I rebuilt post-COVID event-rental operations, increasing rental revenue by 212% and booking hours by 120%. I manage $500K+ annual budgets, serve as venue contact for 100+ events each year, and build systems that help artists realize ambitious work.

I also produce independent and nonprofit performance work through HyLo Productions and Breaking & Entering Theatre Collective, from sold-out New York shows to new-play programming. Across theatre, dance, music, and immersive events, I create practical workflows, budgets, databases, and partnerships that move creative projects forward.
