What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Senior/Tech Lead backend role where I can build scalable NodeJS microservices, improve reliability and performance, own API design, and mentor engineers while shipping production-grade systems.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 15 years of experience building and scaling production backend systems. I specialize in Node.js (NestJS), distributed service architecture, database design, and system optimization—turning complex requirements into reliable APIs and maintainable architectures.

As a former Tech Lead, I partnered with the CTO to define technical architecture and led a cross-functional team of 12 developers. I helped scale a platform to 300K+ registered members, migrated from a monolith to 4 microservices, and improved backend performance through query optimization and caching strategies.

I focus on engineering practices that make teams faster and incidents less painful, including Docker-based CI/CD pipelines and centralized logging/monitoring with Kibana.
