At Alagoas State Public Services Regulatory Agency (ARSAL), I analyze and monitor the economic and financial aspects of sanitation concessions in Alagoas. I prepare studies, performance indicators, and reports to support regulatory decisions on tariffs, costs, contracts, and concessionaire performance.
At Grupo Ginseng, I developed and monitored commercial and management dashboards in Power BI and analyzed financial and commercial KPIs. The franchise group received Diamond-level excellence recognition for two consecutive years among O Boticário franchisees. Earlier, I contributed to the Competitiveness Ranking of Brazilian States through spreadsheet updates, Power BI development, regression analysis, and data interpretation.
