At Tropical Melhoramento & Genética, I develop operational and product-performance reporting, validate data from multiple sources, and maintain standardized KPI definitions. I built and automated 8 dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring, cutting about 40 hours a month spent retrieving and organizing information.
I also developed Python applications, with support from AI tools, to automate result interpretation and report generation, saving over 50 hours a month. At Comitê Estratégico Soja Brasil, I built dashboards that cut report preparation time by 50% and delivered 12 reports tailored to project sponsors.
