What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior Operations or Supply Chain role where I can combine operational leadership, strategy and transformation to deliver measurable business impact. I’m particularly interested in remote-first, technology, e-commerce, logistics and fast-scaling businesses where I can improve performance, build scalable operating models and lead high-impact transformation.

I am a senior Operations and Supply Chain leader with experience transforming complex, high-volume operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering measurable improvements across logistics, fulfillment, procurement and strategic transformation.

Beyond day-to-day operations, my experience includes large-scale transformation, CapEx and programme governance, strategic procurement and supplier management. I have led a €5M strategic transformation programme, delivered cost reductions of up to €1.5M through commercial negotiations and supplier optimisation, and developed a procurement consolidation business case identifying more than €1M in annual savings across four sites in two countries.

I am particularly interested in roles where I can combine operational leadership with strategy, transformation, continuous improvement and commercial impact. I am open to senior Operations, Supply Chain, Operations Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, Operational Excellence and Programme leadership roles, particularly within technology, e-commerce, retail, logistics, fulfilment and other fast-scaling businesses.
