I've supported high-volume guest experiences at Tom's Watch Bar, SPIN Seattle, Elephant & Castle, and The Triple Door. During the FIFA World Cup 2026 at Tom's Watch Bar, I helped maintain guest experience and service flow during max-capacity, high-ticket games.

At SPIN Seattle, I used Toast to deliver food and drink orders, served private corporate events for tens to hundreds of attendees, and balanced serving with bussing to keep sections clean and clear. I also hosted guests using SevenRooms, coordinated venue services, and assigned parties to designated areas.

I've managed fast-moving seating operations, including seating 250+ guests within 30 minutes at The Triple Door and optimizing table rotations and server sections at Elephant & Castle. I communicate politely and enthusiastically, anticipate guests' next needs, and help teams maintain smooth daily operations.

My background in psychology, writing, travel planning, and publishing studies strengthens how I observe, communicate, organize, and create thoughtful experiences for guests.
