I’m looking for a role where I can own e-commerce/ERP integration reliability with REST APIs and also expand into workflow automation using N8N, Python, and applied AI for monitoring, data classification, and dashboards.

I’m an Integration Analyst with 4 years of experience sustaining, implementing, and optimizing integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERPs, and REST APIs. I support high-volume transactional environments by translating technical requirements into business language and partnering with technical and business teams to protect operational stability.

In my roles, I’ve resolved 50–100 technical tickets per month, prioritized incidents for SLA compliance, and created technical documentation to standardize recurring fixes. I also automated order, inventory, and pricing flows between platforms and ERP, and I’m currently developing applied workflow automation with N8N, Python, Selenium, and generative AI to build monitoring and decision-support dashboards.
