Integration & Automation Specialist with 9+ years implementing CRM, ERP, and e-commerce solutions for SMBs.

At Rodrigotto Auto Parts, I was the sole owner of all technical systems — implemented Bitrix24 CRM with WhatsApp automation, built multi-marketplace integrations (Mercado Livre, B2W) processing daily orders with automated ERP sync, migrated telephony to VoIP, and created Power BI dashboards for the management team. Trained 20+ staff on all new systems.

Currently working with Make.com, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Linux/Docker infrastructure. My strength is understanding business operations — procurement, inventory, sales flows — and building the integrations that connect them.
